Anna Guenther is the co-founder and Chief Bubble Blower of PledgeMe, New Zealand's first crowdfunding platform. Since launching 12 years ago, almost 1,700 creative, community and entrepreneurial campaigns have raised over $70 million through PledgeMe. During her career she has run many events - ranging from international VIP hosting through to unconferences for women who get sh*t done, so has a special place in her heart for the events industry.

Kate Radcliffe-Reid is the co-founder of RAD Agency, a wedding and event planning service based in Christchurch. RAD emphasises sustainability and positive impacts on the community with a passion for marketing, partnership and managing communities. Alongside PledgeMe, Kate helps event organisers implement crowdfunding projects for a range of objectives.
